I never post reviews but Jose is a brilliant man who is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and a great communicator. Had issues with SSDs that would not boot Windows. Listen, I work in tech and no amount of internet research or brute forcing could fix this, but Jose made a miracle happen. Not only is he here to help you, he is also passionate about his work and conducts business as a way to self-learn. Before I came in, he offered some solutions on the phone so I could save myself a trip. Since the situation was complex, I brought it in and he was able to get it done within a week despite being swamped with orders (for a good reason). Most importantly, he cares about the result. He called me down once he had finished up backing my files, and we went over together what was missing or what I was unsatisfied with. 2 days later, the issues were addressed and I got pretty much all my files back. He's respectful and has great work ethics--if he's with a client, the phone goes on hold, so make sure to leave a voice message. If I was in another state and had issues, I would still come back for repairs. Moreover, I called another shop first that was closer and they directed me towards him!
Jose the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. I always come to him for new computer parts installation and general cleaning. The service I get is excellent and quick! I would absolutely recommend you to go here for any computer needs.
A very knowledgeable owner who was able to get my laptop up and running expertly and fast once the part came in! When I picked up he had cleaned my laptop and also explained why things are slow and made a few adjustments to help. The BEST experience i have ever had with a computer with a fair price. HIGHLY recommend!
Jose is an absolute pleasure to have service my laptop! He’s very kind, honest and good at fixing computer issues. My keyboard on the Dell laptop and external keyboard just stopped working! I usually do not leave reviews, however, the service Jose provided @ just simple pcs was above and beyond what I was expecting.The turnaround time for him to fix my laptop was really fast, and the quality of work was impeccable. Add to that, jose keeps a really neat and organized shop, nothing like any other computer repair shop that I have been to.Furthermore, and besides the quality of the repair, Jose was really professional throughout the process, from the moment I walked in his shop, until I picked up my laptop working as new.Thank you sir for a job well done.
